Hello
I recently study all four recommended courses for the Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST) Networking certification:
- Networking Basics (22 hours)
- Networking Devices and Initial Configuration (22 hours)
- Network Addressing and Basic Troubleshooting (14 hours)
- Network Support and Security (12 hours)
While the content was informative and well-structured, I noticed a significant amount of repetition across the courses. Several knowledge points were covered multiple times in different modules, which led to unnecessary time spent reviewing the same material.
I suggest streamlining the curriculum to minimize duplicated content and improve learning efficiency. This would help learners focus on new concepts and reduce overall study time without compromising the quality of the training.
Thank you for considering this feedback. I appreciate the effort Cisco puts into creating high-quality educational resources and hope this suggestion contributes to further improvements.
