It appears you have no ZONES configured, INSIDE or OUTSIDE
Seeing as you have no 'dialer1' you may have to use your GE8... But more so, I wonder, do you need 'ip nat inside' on your VLAN1?
I would try that first.. 'ip nat inside' on vlan1
