Error when Adding a Module of ESA and WSA

Dear community, 

I registered WSA and ESA with success in SSE. However, when adding a module in SecureX, It tells me an error with "couldn't find idp unknown error" and after that, when trying to add the module from the beginning, it gives me "device is offline". 

TAC is Open but unresponsive. 

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

I see that this was posted on Tuesday; apologies that I am just seeing it now - is this resolved for you as of today?

Hi, 

Yes these issues are fixed. 

We changed the API HTTPS AsyncOS from Management to Data Outside Interface, and it works. 

The only issue I have right now, is that FMC is registered in SSE successfully and added as a Module with Green color as successful, however its not reporting any events. Do you have any idea why this could be the case? Pease see question: https://community.cisco.com/t5/integrated-security-platform/securex-fmc-and-esa-not-reporting-logs/m-p/4518416#M708

Please not that ESA is fixed now as described.
