ISE PXGRID CSR Generation

Hello I am working on setting up certificates to configure pxgrid and when trying to generate a there is a box that says CSR signing request details.  The config guide simply says enter all the CSR details but I have no idea what details I am supposed to enter here.

Probably it is reffering to:

CN, OU, O, L , ST and C

Common name

Organizational Unit

Organization

State

Country

Ok that makes sense do you have any idea what format I need to put that in?  When i tried 

CN=

OU=

O=

etc

It game me a malformed CSR form error

Thanks for your help that thread is using a document to configure ISE 1.3 and the menus are so old its a bit hard to follow.  I followed this site and it seems to work
