Security K9 package

I am working in a major Oil and Gas project and we have below purchased material (Cisco ISR 4451)

My question is is we install Security K9 package on it, will this router play Firewall role such as URL filtering? if yes, which functionalities K9 offer and at what price?

The maximum throughput, with Performance License enabled and WITHOUT ZBFW enabled, of a 4451-X is about 4 Gbps.  

With ZBFW enabled, the aggregate (total) throughput halves to about <2 Gbps.
