Active Rule Bug

I have those 2 conditionnals rules.The first one is working great and for the second one, only the first action is executed. Also, after the partial execution of this second rule, my form is totally bugged and I can't submit it. Have you got any explanations?

Are you sure you want to do this onClick?  Why not just onChange?

As for the "totally bugged" behavior, what browser are you using?  This may require a TAC case.

I also try to use just onChange but it does not solve the problem.

I tried Internet Explorer 9 and firefox 20.
