CIAC SE 3.01 Install - The portal page showing 30% width only

Hi all, I am going through the CIAC SE 3.01 install and after I have imported the Portal files specific to SE, when I go to System/Service Portal/My Worksace Page, it only shows 30% of the screen.

I suspect this is a simple HTML issue but after playing around for a while, I can't find the fix.

Any ideas please?

It was a strange one this as the issue happed during the install but basically having played about with the columns etc in Portal Designer for a while I resorted to the page itself in My Workspace and went to 'edit page' and selected 'add content' then selected the 'startup/configuration' HTM optio.......n et voila!

I don't quite understand why this had become deselected but I would rather capture this here to save someone else the trouble.

For Site Homepage portlet , In the Portal Page Information pane, locate the Layout drop-down list.

If the Layout is not set to 1 Column, choose 1 Column.
