Hi
I was trying to login to my Cisco Prime Service Catalog with admin credential, but its displaying an error message "Your password has expired and your account is suspended".
Is there any way I can unlock my admin account ?

The password policy is in place. Try using the "Change Password" link directly below the Log In button on the login page.

I tried that too, but it denied me for that. Is there any commands available from PSC side at OS level, which we can use to overcome this or any file available where we can change configuration to unlock the user.
