DS Jobs are enabled but are not in current schedule

I made some changes to existing DS jobs and added more DS jobs to my job group, but when I enter in the effective date for the changes (current date) the jobs do not show up in the schedule.  I tried to Disable and Re-enable the jobs, but they still will not show up in the current day schedule.

I had to completely bounce the master service and client manager services and machine to get this back to normal. Once I did that the jobs are behaving correctly
