Field with condition to show is hidden during error

We experienced several times that some fields that are conditioned to show collapsed if the value entered was wrong.

For example, in one field we asked if they have mobile subscriiption. If the user answers 'Yes', then a number field with limited character length appears.If the user then enters a value that exits the specified no. of characters, or a letter and submits order, nothing happens. The number field automatically gets hidden and the error message is thereby not visible. This is very confusing for the user.

We will appreciate it very much if someone could tell us what we did wrong, and how to correct the error. Thanks.

this is a known issue with the product, as when the error is returned form the validator, the page gets reloaded and all your Ordering Moment onload scripts are executed again.

You can create a variable, issErrOnload, and set it initially to false, it you are being sent back to the page due to error, change its value to true and dont execute the scripts ...
