Good morning. I hope this is the correct place to be asking this question. I am an iSeries developer with very little Tidal experience.
I have a Tidal job that says it is "gathering output" for approx 15 mins after the job says it has completed in Tidal. Now, the iSeries job that is being run does email a spoolfile to users and I'm guessing that it may have something to do with it, even though the job completes normally with no errors in the joblog.
I see that there is a "spooled file action" parameter on page 4 of the OS/400 tab and it is currently set to *CURRENT. I don't know what this parameter is for or what other options are available. The reason I'm thinking this may have something to do with it is because there is a message in the Output tab of the job stating "ListSpoolFiless exception : [CPF34C4 LIST IS TOO LARGE FOR USER SPACE QNPSLIST.]
At first I thought maybe the spoolfile was too large, but it only had 8 lines on it, so that is not the case.
If anyone has run into this issue and has resolved it, please let me know. It would be greatly appreciated. Just an FYI, our process that emails the spoolfile also deletes it from the output queue once it's done. Maybe this is causing some sort of issue for Tidal? Just guessing here. Lol.
Thanks!
Chris

Can you give me more info? What do you mean by a quota issue? If something needs to be changed on the iSeries we need enough info to make the change.
Thanks!
Chris
