Not able to create Unix/Linux Target in CPO

While i am trying to create any Unix/Linux target in CPO i am getting the below error.

"Unable to establish a session with the Adapter Host Framework.  No response was received to our Adapter Host Connection Request Message."

I am getting this error, even i am using any existing target.

Some JRE files were missing in my JAVA folder. So, I have re-installed JRE files and setup JAVA_HOME path as well.

Any suggestions please?

What version of PO and patch level are you using?

Also what version of JRE? This is usually related to JCE not being setup/configured properly.

We are using 3.0 with Latest Patch and jre-7u60-windows-x64

Same JREs versions are working fine in other CPO environments.

Please be specific on the patches installed. You can find this info in the help-about.

Thanks Warren.

I have copied JCE unlimited files under the \security folder–

US_export_policy and local_policy

Issue is resolved now.

Another workaround is to either reinstall patch 3 or the latest patch of PO that includes patch 3 fixes. It should redeploy the JCE files.
