I am trying to create an FTPS TIDAL Job to send multiple files to another company. I have put "pasv" in the Quote field, the FTP Host on the run tab has the port number added on to the end (ie abc.abcdefg.com:21) but we keep getting the following error : FTP JOB Failed : Valid hostname is expected. (code=530)
I am able to connect manually using IPSwitch/Filezilla without issue. Any help gratefully appreciated.
