SAP jobs stuck in launch state

HI, we are using Tidal 6 and we observe that some times SAP jobs get stuck in "Launched" status for about 15 minutes before getting active.

what could be the possible reasons ?

I would check memory on the Master and increase if possible the JvmMinMemory=xxxx and JvmMaxMemory=xxxx in service.prop for the adapter. Also review SAP jobs the "Save Output Options" on Option tab should be set to discard if the job produces a large output.
