Task Effort

I'm trying to create a report that shows the task effort entry where the performer enters in this inforamation in the task. Is this possible in 2006?  If not, is this available in 2008?

Hi Liz,

In RC06 you can use the Cube named "Resource Utilization". This cube incorporates Planned Effort (the number configured in ServiceDesigner) and Actual Effort (the number entered by the performer in ServiceManager), and the calculated difference named Planning Effectiveness as follows:

(Actual Effort Hours) / (Planned Effort Hours) x 100 for each Delivery Plan Task

This information is also available to you in the standard reports datamart in the DM_SERVICETAS
