TES v6.1 unable to disable a job under Definition > Jobs

When trying to disable under Definition > Jobs, if we Right click and select Disable, we don't get an error but the job still shows as Ennabled. If we edit the job and deselect the Enabled box, we get an " TES_010054:Error updating the non-existent Job/Group" error.

We ran the clearcache.sql script and it solved the problem
