Tidal API: How to compile new job into schedule

I can create a repeating Job in the Tidal API and insert a single instance of it into the schedule, but how do I accomplish the same task as the Effective Date dialog in the web interface, which creates "job runs" for the next couple days?  I've tried compiling the associated calendar, but that didn't seem to do the trick.

I finally figured it out.  It is the "replace" operation on the Job.
