Hi Team,

Is there an option to extract all failed jobs along with error message for a month from Tidal Enterprise Scheduler?

Hi Vinrey,

Tidal does have an option to retrieve logs of all failed jobs from Client, Job Manager, Master, etc and the time frame can be specified as well.

From the left-hand navigation pane, select logs

Display log filter

Specify Date Range, and Hours to include/exclude

I tried as you suggested, but it does not list anything when I filter based on the snapshot.

Can you please verify Tidal version?

How many days of message logs are kept?

and have you tried other filtering options?

Hi Derrick,

Tidal version is 6.1.0.517. Not sure how many days logs are kept.

Also I have read in other posts there is an export option in File menu, which is not available in my view. Do we need special rights to get the same option?
