Tidal - Solarwind

Has anybody user Solarwind to send an error message if the TIdal Server is down? If yes, are there any special requirements?

We send snmp traps to Solarwinds if an Agent fails.  We also send traps on some System Events like the "Lost connection to Master" 

Are those the types of alerts you are asking about?

We use  Solarwinds SAM to monitor the master, client, and fault monitor services and also some of the Tidal_agent services for the windows agents.
