Track Actuals

Hello,

We are looking for a way to automate the tracking of actuals in the Cost Drivers section.  Currently it appears that the Service Level manager will have to manually enter a value into each of the cost drivers for each period. Our list of cost drivers is long. We noticed a "Import Actuals" feature that would allow the selection of a file, but we couldn't find reference to what this file's format should look like in any of our training materials. Is it possible to show us this feature works?

Yes. There is an XML format for importing actuals for Agreements and one for Offerings. I have attached samples to this response.

Thanks, Ed. Looks like this will be useful if the source of the data is external. What we are looking for is a way to automatically feed input from our queries into the Actuals instead of keying them in online. 

One issue we found is that our current services are not at the lowest level of granularity as required by our Inventory people.  For example, we have a MFD-Add service to cover all possible MFD units from $300 to $25,000. Our intent is to capture the actual unit model and price and pass it
