Where could I find antenna patterns for Cisco Outdoor 5dBi Omni Antenna for 863-928 MHz LoRaWan?

I am looking for standardised pattern file type .MSI or .ANT or .ADF at 868MHz

Can anyone help or  advise me a person to contact with this question?
