IXM deployment without PnP Connect

Hello everyone, i have a question. Is it possible to connect the IXM gateway to the IoT operation dashboard without PnP connect? I have tryied from the mobile app and directly from the dashboard with no success.

Is this question within the context of using the IXM as part of Industrial Asset Vision, or outside of IAV?

I would say as part of industrial asset vision if it's possible to use the IXM even if it is associated to another smart account (of our customer)

Using IOT OD to manage a gateway outside of IAV isn’t a supported configuration.

If you are using it with IAV, PnP is usually the way to go: https://developer.cisco.com/docs/iotod/#!prerequisites/prerequisites

What is the issue you are having if you don't want to use PnP?
