Is there some sort of internal ID on the CGR1k router which is unique for every router? I'm working on an application for GOS on CGR1k and need a unique ID on the router which I could read from the guest OS and bind a license to this ID.
After refering to some SR it is mentioned that the CGR1k routers do not run licenses and, therefore, should not require a key code toactivate the OS. software activation has not been introduced for CG-OS as yet.
Thanks for your reply, but my question is about licensing for guest OS. I need to implement a licensing scheme for my software on guest OS and I'm looking for internal ID which could be used for license purposes.
