3560 and remote hubs

i have a 3560-24PS-E that we want to expand a little... in our other plant (now closed) we had needed to extend the reach, the phones need to be over 600ft away from the switch. we had used a seperate switch similar to a SFE1000P attached to one of the ports of the 3560 to pickup 2 of the phones/pc out at that distance and had no prob w/that.... but at that time there were only 10phones total (POE) attachedto that particular switch(3560). Fast fwd a year and  i want to do the same thing here ,but I have 18 phones tied to this 3560 currently. The object/desire is to try to stage this in areas of the building far from the 3560 and possibly use them to support a number of phones/pcs.   with the SFE switch (or if any one has a better suggestion) is this possible? If so how many of these could I connect?  or would I be better off just stacking another 3560 with this one and running the extra cabling?  thanks for all help in advance  bjd
