show interface コマンドで"interface resets"の値についてご教授下さい。

こちらの説明ですと「送信パケットキューから数秒間パケットが送信されない場合」にカウントするようですが、
具体的にどの程度（何秒）パケットが送信されないと"interface resets"の値がカウントされるのでしょうか？
