User configuration

Trying to add a new user account for my tech so he can make changes to certain interface, sh run, configure terminal and such. This is what I attempted. I can login as the new user, but cannot see complete running-config when sh run is entered. Cannot configure fa interfaces either. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

username nick privilege 10 secret switch

privilege exec level 10 sh running-config

privilege exec level 10 configure terminal
