Hi everyone,
We are working on getting CUCM services statuses using Serviceability API. We use soapGetServiceStatus function. We can successfully get all the statuses, but we have no idea how cisco has divided them into 2 big groups in RTMT - System and Voice/Video.
Please find attached request and response examples.
Our goal is to divide all the services the same way as Cisco did. Appretiate any ideas.
