Webex Contact Center RONA

I'm having an issue with the Webex Contact Center when users are logged into the contact center when their phone rings once and then puts them into RONA (Ring Once No Answer) automatically. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Such kind of issue relates to telephony. Usually, it happens when the system is not able to route the call to the Agent's phone. I would recommend working with your PSM/CSM for involving the telephony team and checking the voice gateway logs.
