Hola,

En la oficina un AP cisco 1832 (AIR – AP1832I-A-K9 / 1832 series 802.11ac dual Access point )

dejo de funcionar y cuando arranca entrega el siguiente error : L2 Error detected!

Hola

Parece que el IOS se daño o esta corrupto, has intentado actualizar la imagen? adicional puedes abrir un caso con el Cisco TAC para brindarte mas claridad.

Gracias por tu respuesta, lo que hizo antes fue hacer un reset de fabrica pero tampoco tuvo resultado, luego trate de bajar la versión de firmware pero ahora Cisco solicita un contrato y estamos gestionando eso para hacer el update del firmware.

...pero dio el mismo error ...

¿ existe algún comando adicional para limpiar por completo la configuración antigua ??

Del log que mostraste al inicio, el AP esta en uboot, desde ahi no vas poder cargar una nueva imagen.

El AP esta cargando directamente a uboot?

Podrias mandar el console log del AP booteando? - si la imagen esta corrupta podermos cargar la imagen q esta en la particion 2.

Hola a todos :),

Se descargo el firmware desde el sitio de Cisco, se habilito un server tftp en la misma red que AP cisco y ejecuto el siguiente comando :

tftpboot AIR-AP1830-K9-ME-8-3-150-0.zip

descargo el archivo ... todos felices pero al momento de boot dio el mismo error .. :(

¿hay que limpiar una configuración ?
