Error AP 1832i

Hola, 

En la oficina un AP cisco 1832  (AIR – AP1832I-A-K9 / 1832 series 802.11ac dual Access point )

dejo de funcionar y cuando arranca entrega el siguiente error : L2 Error detected!

Hola , pero que nada gracias por tu tiempo, pero e post del 06-20-2019 02:35 PM indicamos que cargamos el firmware con el siguiente comando


tftpboot AIR-AP1830-K9-ME-8-3-150-0.zip

...pero dio el mismo error ...

¿ existe algún comando adicional para limpiar por completo la configuración antigua ?? ya que el BOOT no puede arrancar correctamente, cambio de partición y sigue el error ...

¿como puede actualizar o reparar el U-Boot del AP, para luego cargar el AIR-AP1850-K9-ME-8-8-111-0.zip ?

y para este  caso la solucion  fue pedir un rma por que de las 4 maneras que trataron de hacerlo no funciono.
