The company has two Microsoft Intune Instances and wants to integrate with one Cisco ISE 2.6. Is it supported?

You can configure 2 different MDM without problem. The issue is when you want to check attributes against them. You can only check 1 and there's no option to say if the 1st one is down go check the 2nd server because endpoints will be attached to only one mdm.
I checked on 2.6 and 2.7 version release notes but didn't see anything related to this particular feature enhancement.

Yes it should work.

Thanks Francesco for a quick reply and the link, which explains integration. Though it doesn't talk about multiple instances of MDM/Intune. Do you know of any other link explaining integration with multiple instances? Any gotchas before we respond to customer.
