AAA Authentication Options Configuration

The requirement for the router is for the aux and console port to use only local authentication and the VTY lines to use only a TACACS server. I can't seem to find a document that discusses this scenario. Any help would be appreciated.

You can set the default authentication to be local.

And then you can create a custom authentication group to use TACACS and that will be applied under the vty lines.
