Hi,
I have a pair of ACEs running in active standby mode. Access to all the contexts on the ACEs is authenticated via AAA(RADIUS Microsoft NPS)
The primary method of authentication is RADIUS and fallback method is "LOCAL"
When I configure a new context on the ACE for AAA authentication, the AAA access to the standby context works but AAA to the active context doesnot work. I thus end up using an account locally configured on the ACE to access the active context. I presonally feel this is more of an ACE issue than the AAA(RADIUS Microsoft NPS) issue
I am running Version A2(3.3) on the ACE
I am running verion 6.1.7601.17514 for the Microsoft NPS server
Interestingly, an ACE active context which was not accessible via AAA (RADIUS) was later AAA (RADIUS) accessible after I reloaded the ACEs. But clearly I cannot reload an ACE everytime I build a context!!
Any help on this issue would be appreciated.
