AAA over wireless

I'm new to the ACS but am working with v 4.1 and am trying to get the configuration to except users on a guest VLAN. We can't get the users to authenticate through the wireless network and I'm wondering if anyone else has had similar issues and if it's just a configuration problem?

Hi,

If your guest users are not getting prompted for authentication, then they can only get authentication prompt, if we have EAP protocol configured on their SSID, that is mapped to guest VLAN.

If my understanding is not correct, then please elaborate the issue. With some setup details?
