AAA with CSS11506?

Does anyone have a way to track users of the CSS 11506 making changes such as taking servers in and out of service. We need a way to track this so we can give this out to the website support team. We can track this through syslog but wanted something more automatic.

Using Tacacs server with CSS you can account the commands executed by the user, not sure if you can monitor taking servers in and out, for more details on ow to configure user usage see the following URL,
