Abnormal amount of Next PASSCODE requests

Has anyone run into a problem with running an RSA server as the ext db auth and a ACS Appl? It seems as though techs are being prompted to resync their tokens more than they should. This happens atleast three times a day. Any ideas????

RSA authentication on the appliance happens over RADIUS and there is more scope for "protocol issues" than with the S/W version (which uses an RSA client dll)

Are you seeing excessive amounts of re-tries in any of the RADIUS logs (CSRadius, CSauth external authenticator or RSA RADIUS)
