ACS 1113 logon problems

folks

i've just got a Cisco 1113 ACS server and have put a minimum config on it (mostly through from lack of knowledge!)

and i'm having some problems

i can logon at the console but i can't logon with the same credentials on the web interface

i had to disable the CSAgent to even get the http session working

is there anything else i need to do

Got reply from TAC.

The workaround they had was to make sure that the ACS hostname is different from the administator name. So in our case, would you confirm if the ACS hostname and the administrator name given are the same value.

And after I change my administrator name, it works.

now i just have to find out why it someimtes won't let me logon or why the web page doesn't respond!
