Hello Cisco Community,
We would like to know how to upgrade ACS? what is the upgrade path?
our current version is 5.2.0.26.11, and we are planning to upgrade up to version 5.5.

It is as easy as counting 1,2,3
1- take a backup of your current ACS system,
2- re-image the ACS appliance with version 5.4
3- restore the backup from step 1 in the the new ACS 5.4 appliance,
4- patch the ACS to patch 7,
5- take a backup of the ACS at this point,
6- re-image the ACS appliance with version 5.7,
7- restore the backup from step 5 to the new ACS 5.7 appliance,
8- patch it to patch level-1,
9- rejoin AD if you need to at this point,
Easy right?

same exact procedure. instead of re-imaging the box with ACS 5.7, you just need to re-image the box with ACS 5.5 image.

To go from 5.2 to 5.5 you will need to upgrade to 5.4 first.
