does anyone have met this kind of this problem? i did see the groups listed in NT group mapping page before, however, i would like to add one more ACS group to using NT group today, and there is no groups listed. it is wierd. What is the cause? anyone has any idea about it??

First, check this link for compatiblity issues with ACS.

Typically, when the ACS sits on a DC and is not detecting the domains, the problem usually lies with the proper trust relationship.

after doing the step described as follow, "Running Cisco Secure ACS Services as a Domain Administrator Account", we do see the NT groups shown in the NT group mapping page. however, the NT user cannot get authenticated. in the column of the message-type is "Authen failed", and the Authen-Failure-Code is "Unknown"at the log of failed-attempt about the user.
does anyone have met this kind of problem?
