ACS 3.2 appliance, cannot import accountActions.csv

hello,

i am trying to import .CSV file but i have still the same message from ACS

'No import CSV file on FTP Server - nothing to process'

hereafter the csv file example:

SequenceID;Priority;UserName;GroupName;Action;ValueName;Value1;Value2;Value3;DateTime;MessageNo;ComputerNames;AppId;Status

1;0;luc;;100;;test;;;01/01/2004 00:00;0;;;0

what's wrong ??

HI!

The problem seems to be ur FTP directory. You are not putting the correct directory where the CSV file resides. Pl. put it and import it.

Thanks for your reply, but in the ftp logs the connection seems to be OK.

Hi!

That's fine. When you are importing the file, you have to spcify the directory, pl. check that directory name and type the same name.That directory should have CSV file.

Hi,

The file is accessed and even renamed into 'accountactions.csv.downloaded' but no action is performed and in "Reports RDBMS" I have now Error : Failed to connect to FTP server
