ACS 5.1 configure logging

I'd like to configure logging "IP address".

Up to how many logging can I configure?

Cisco wab page say I can configure two logging on ACS two.

How about ACS 5.1?

ACS provides a system logging (syslog) feature. With the addition of this feature, all AAA reports and audit report messages can be sent to up to two syslog servers.

Hi,

In ACS 5.x you can only define one syslog server on the CLI.

However, via the GUI I belive you can define as many you want (i never reached any limit...)

Please find complete info at:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/net_mgmt/cisco_secure_access_control_system/5.1/user/guide/logging.html.

HTH,

Tiago

Hi, Tiago.

> In ACS 5.x you can only define one syslog server on the CLI.

Wow, is it correct?

I think answer of CLI is everything.

So you tried to configuration "logging host x.x.x.x" ?

Yes, via CLI it only allows to enter one ip address for the syslog with the command "logging host x.x.x.x" .

However, via GUI yuo can enter as many as you want.

HTH,
Tiago
