Hi,
We are running ACS 5.2 with AD support.When a user changes their password in AD after it expires,they are not able to login any of the devices, authentication failed from ACS.The error that come up in the authentication log is :
24407 User authentication against Active Directory failed since user is required to change his password.
but we changed the secondary to primry server from device side the issue got solved temperorly but after 1-2 months again AD account got expired and then we are facing the same isuue.
Kindly provide some solution.
