I have installed ACS 5.2 on a VM. The install seemed to go ok as did the set-up procedure. However the management process will not start it always stays in the initialising state and thus I am unable to load the web GUI
The VM has the following configuration:
Hard disk: 115GB
Memory: 4GB
CPU's: 2
There are no other VM's on the ESX and I have rebuilt this VM a few times already.
Workarounds, anyone?

I have tried to access the website via https://acs_ip_address/acsadmin
but I get the HTTP STATUS -404 page and the output below

I am using the VM for the database migration process. I need to use it as my target for the migration utility, I've tried deleting and re adding the VM with various settings, starting and stopping the acs service, shutting the interface on the VM (stops the ACS process) reloading the VM multiple times. I'm really stuck on this one. Any ideas?
