ACS 5.3 authorization issue: 13025 Command failed to match a Permit rule

Hi,

We have an issue where newly created users are getting "Command authorization failed" when trying to do anything.

When we looked at the ACS, we see in the Authorization report "13025 Command failed to match a Permit rule"

What we also noticed is that the shell profile and command set that ACS has tied the user to is not what we have assigned the user.

The shell profile and command set to which we have assigned the new user is exactly the same as all the current users.

All current user accounts work fine.

1. we have created the user similar to existing users

2. we have put them in the same idientity group.

3. in Access Services -> default Device Admin -> Authorization we have created a policy and assigned the same command set and shell profile similar to the other.

4. the condition is by username

And yet ACS failed to associate the user with the assigned policy. It associates the user with the "default" policy which resulted in the "DenyAllCommand"

Any help is appreciated.
