ACS 5.4 can't select the value of operator option

hello :

    as the attachment pic show, when i want to  add a Compound Condition use the Dictionary  AD-AD1 and the attribute ExternameGroup,

 i find the Option Operator can't select anything , and the value area  is grey, it looks  work abnormal,  any  good suggestion   ?

Hi there. Can you tell me the exact details of the rule that you are trying to create so I can try to replicate it on my end?

Also, are you using custom dictionary attributes or the default ones? Lastly, what type of browser are you using?

now i use the chrome  39.0.2171.95 m and the IE 11.0.96000 ,also i have tried the newest firefox . no improvement 

ps: i use the ACS V5.4.0.46.0a.iso and install in esxi 5.5 .

Faced with the same issue.

IE in compatibility mode solved the problem.
