ACS admin locked out on local machine

Please help !

I have configured CSACS so that the admin user has to log in even on the local machine. But he can also access the server from another IP. It seemed that after 4 attempts from the second machine, the admin user has been locked out of CSACS and there is no way to log in again.

I reinstalled the software keeping the previous database but the admin password has not been reset.

I backed up the database a few weeks ago but several changes have been made since.

Is there a way to unlock the admin account manually without reinstalling everything ?
