ACS and Web Browser interfaces

does anyone know what needs to be done to use the web interface on switches with tacacs ? I always get unsuccessful logins, and I have used IE 4.0-5.5 (now using 5.5)

I have never got it to work, and the local admins at some of the sites need to use the web interface, for the 3500's and 2900's

I'll try and help if you can provide a little more information. Are you using Cisco Secure ACS? Windows or Unix? Version?

Actaully, I got it figured out. One of the guys from my team found it was some of the browser settings. Which are at the following link:

The thing that fixed it for me, was chnging the browser to go into temporary internet file settings, and select to check for new content "every bisit to the page"
