If you're asking if ACS is supported on XP, then no, it isn't. It might run OK, but it hasn't been tested and therefore is not supported.

No, I have a client at home using XP and trying to log into the dialup router with the ACS server now being used for authtication first. They have some configuration problems with the dialup client and I was wondering if there is something specific in the client that has to be changed.

Depends on your configuration. What does the Failed Attempts log on ACS show? If you're authenticating to a windows NT domain via ACS, then you can't use CHAP, so make sure the client has MSCHAP selected.
There shouldn't be anything specific to XP, but we need more information to go on. The logs on ACS should tell you what's happening to some extent, plus debugs on the router would be useful too (debug ppp neg, debug ppp auth, debug aaa authen, debug raidius, debug tacacs).

Hi,
Unfortunately the file supplied to me from the TAC to fix my corrupted database completely nuked it so I don't know what the logs said as I had to start from scratch. Just to clarify, the user is authenticating using the username and password I supplied from the ACS database .
