Acs cli account locked

Hi, 

I need to unlock a cisco acs cli account. 

Unfortunately it is the only cli account and I seen solution is to do a password recovery. 

Is there any other ways to unlock other than doing a recovery?

Yes, password recovery is the only option.

Hello. I have the same issue but I am looking how to reset a tacacs User from ACS by CLI command line? Not the aDMIN.

You have a different problem than the admin account lock out, you can't access the local identity store from the CLI. You need to manage those local accounts from the GUI, possibly an API, but I have not looked in to that.
