ACS Failing to create daily CSV log files

We're using Cisco Secure ACS 4.1; release 4.1(1) builde 23 Patch 1
We have configured the CSV files to generate a daily log file, however, some of the logs fail to do so. There is only 1 file listed. Is this a bug or is there a fix so that a daily CSV file can be created?

Hi,
Could you please let me know the settings on ACS > System Configuration > Service control.
Which radio button is selected in the generate New file
1. Every day
2. Every week
3. Every Month
4. when size is greater than ___ KB
Also please attach the screenshot of ACS > System Configuration > Logging.
